My first WOD- I never made it to the WOD....I did a tabata run on a treadmill as a warmup- I puked on the 4 set....I was hooked
2nd WOD- Punisher- 20 min amrap- 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 situps, 20 air squats
1. Snatch Complex- Power Snatch + OHS + Snatch Balance + Hang Sqt Snatch- worked up to 185#
2. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1- Push Jerk 205#

This one almost got me on the pull ups but I finished all 100. I am stepping back weights for the next week or two to try and build up stamina and so far it is going well.
