I really hated 13.2 especially since a random series of events caused me to not be able to log my score. Oh well nothing I can do now. I am hoping 13.3 is going to be a lot better or at least play a little more to my strengths.
Scale this wod in order to finish! If you know you can't finish in 25 minutes with rx'd don't be afraid to scale. Scale weight on front squats and scale different style of pull ups or decrease your rep count of pull ups. Go get it.
Note:LaRynn and I had a talk this morning in PE class and she said she didn't finish in the 25 min cap. This is what made me think to write this comment. LaRynn should have scaled the number of C2B pull ups from 11 to maybe 5 or 6 or went 11 regular pull ups. Thanks LaRynn for letting me use you as an example. :)
Wags!!! I wish I had read your advice before doing the WOD... 8 rounds + 15. 31lbs. I was really dragging tonight, doing it at home by myself is never as much fun. Good WOD though!! Happy Birthday AJ. Ill do your birthday burpees for you this year.
21:30 using 55lb and regular pullups I am really trying to push myself into that sucking wind ugly zone and stay there for every workout. This one was definitely a mental push for the front squats not to drop.
