Holy freaking crap! First workout back after 3 days off taking care of sick little boy. I almost started crying after the 21's....seriously. Bad wod to do by yourself!

Made up at Open Gym. Liked this one, but I've got to get better at cycling KTE (and T2B) as it eats up a lot of my time.

First time using a 35# KB in a WOD. A little rough hanging on thru all 21reps but it felt good to increase weight. Thanks to Katy and Bus for pushing out of my comfort zone:)
