5 rounds + 200 meter run and 17 sdhp. For some reason my legs and shoulders weren't very fresh....hmmmm....wonder why.....oh yea....150 frickin walls balls last night.

Hit a huge PR on 13.3 from last year. Thanks for everyone who encouraged me before and during the wod, makes it all worth it! Good luck to the Apex Nation who are re-doing it tomorrow. Stay on it!
