REDO-REDO-REDO- Open Gym 12-1pm
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20 lbs to 10' target/ 14lbs to 9' target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

Worst nightmare came true.. I tied my redo from Friday. My legs are beyond tired and sore.. Hoping I can walk but the next open wod on friday
