I would like to see Power Cleans, Power Cleans & some more Power Cleans!
Looks like I won't be able to make this Friday's first Open. Bummed about that. Will there be any other opportunities to do the wod other than Friday?
Agreed on the Power Cleans, and how about some dead lifts.
I'm in the same boat as Teresa for Friday. What other times can I do 13.1?
I'm hoping for pistols, HSPU, and pull-ups! Bring on the body weight movements!
