Looks like I won't be able to make this Friday's first Open. Bummed about that. Will there be any other opportunities to do the wod other than Friday?

WU: 165#. The weight felt good, just felt sloppy on my split jerk.

16:48 with 155# DL / 26# kettlebells. Felt slow with the KB's, but it put out of my comfort zone which is going to make me a better athlete.

Did 3 RM of overhead squat from the ground. only got 155, wasnt too happy cause i have done more before.. then Did 21-15-9 of:
deficit HSPU's

Ended with 2 min total of L-sit-ups- Done
