Before I fell asleep last night, I had visions of front squats dancing through my head. Whatever it is, I'm thinking it will be a 1,1,2,2,3,3... etc. rep scheme.
I don't know if everyones kidding around or not about the games nightmares but I literally had a nightmare last night that involved me failing miserably during the open, specifically at double unders. argghh! not fun.
Games Class from last night 1. 135# - SLOPPY! - need to start practicing cycling pwr snatch. Was jumping backwards instead of straight up. 2. 205# - PR by 15#. Really happy with this. Failed 225# jerk only, but I WILL hit it next time. 3. 11+1 mini Cindy 4. 4:32 row
1rd + 3c&j banded c2b, used 45# for thrusters and front squats, 65# for c&ja and snatch, and 115#. I was worried about how my back would feel for this one but it wasn't as bad as all those burpees will feel on Friday!
