Definitely low cut and for a shallow reason - I don't think my legs look good in long ones. :)

I'm more of a 3/4 guy.....but will rock low in the summer

I've been feelin the 3/4 lately as well but will never give up my extensive knee sock collection :)

Did a CFE workout today of 400 meter time trial 72 seconds and then 5 400m repeats keeping the time under 82 seconds with 72 second rest in between rounds. Trying to at least keep my cardio right while resting the back. Felt horribly awesome.

Low in the summer and 3/4 in winter.

Low cut socks all the way, and I pretty much stick with them year round... unless I am wearing a suit (which is rare) or skiing.

Just wanna say thanks to the 6 pm class for being patient tonight. By far the biggest class I've coached by myself (17 athletes), and everyone rocked it!

4 OHS @ body weight (150#)

@ home did some strength work

OTM: 16 min
Even - 5 back sqt @ 135#
Odd - 3 front sqt @ 135#
*3 min rest, then max OHS with 45# bar (30 reps)
