Favorite outdoor activity is my other sport...Dog Agility. This time of the year the trials move outside and I love it.

Favorite outdoor activities: Windsurfing, waterskiing, hiking, grilling out, camping, and spending time on the boat.
I'm in NY, but I still worked out this morning:
4 RFT:
35 push-ups (ubroken in each of the 4 rounds)
50 air squats
Time: 9:48.
Good way to start the day.
Very deceiving WOD:). Don't fall off on the run and you can mIntain the 3:30 time cap for each round. Several scaled the TTB. Lung burner.
1st round- 3:18
2nd round-3:30
3rd round- 3:30- fell off at 2 JTTB
4th round- 3:30 - fell off at 2 JTTB

Made it to 100# on the HSC/SC/FS complex i the warm-up and was pretty happy with that!
Outdoor activity has to be horse-shoes or quoits
quoits doesn't get enough love. way underrated.
Worked up to 110# on the HSC/SC/FS complex for the warmup.
