Most Apexers CMC times are 10:20 and 10:30. I am 10:20 with Julia Menzo and Zim...possibly others.

18:29. I did 2 C&J @ 155# so I could use heavier weight. Really liked this WOD.
23:41, 60# weight. used lighter weight so I could get through the pull ups. Did kipping pull ups instead of chest to bar.
23:01. Started with 95# and went down to 85# after two rounds. Scaled back to 12 C2B per round. Afterwards, I got my first muscle-up! Woot!
