I couldn't come in tonight, so I did a workout of my own. I did a slightly modified

I did:
The same rep scheme for all but substituted Upright Row for SDHP, and Sit-ups for KBS.

Let my ego get the best of me today. The bar was definitely too heavy on OHS for me by the end, and I started with box pike and had to switch to pike pushups.
