Hey All,
I received a very nice card in the mail yesterday from my Apex Family. Today marks week 3 since my surgery and I am working in a little exercise since I can't come back till week 8. Hoping the next 5 weeks pass quickly so I can get back to the box!(words I never thought would never come from my mouth) I miss everyone and being able to workout. Thanks for thinking of me and STAY ON IT!

Got 15 DU without breaking and made it to the top of the rope (with about a couple of inches to spare under the tape line)
