WOD: started with 55# 40 singles for 5rds.?, 45# 30 singles 5rds.?, 35# 20 singles 10rds.? After about half way through, I had barely no rest in between the minutes. My lungs were just smoked. Toughest part was just trying to catch my breath. Quads are smoked as well from the 160 thrusters. It was a painful WOD!! Riding solo on the 6am WOD today. Thanks for the push shanna, rob and Julie. Hopefully my body will recover from the shock of today's WOD in time for the spartan beast Sunday. Good luck to my fellow Spartans running the beast!

Good luck to all of the Apexers out there getting it this weekend!! I will be in Vermont for the Spartan Beast on Saturday. This will be the third leg (longest and hardest) for the Trifecta of doing the three main distances of the Spartan races.

Punished myself with runs of 1x1600, 1x800 and 4x400s afterwards.
First time I have been absolutely terrified of a WOD. Turns out, rightly so. This was brutal.
