Ran the Quakertown Rotary, Habitat for Humanity 5k...30:42!!! Very satisfied because for the past year, all of my 5k times have been less than a 10 min/mile! Yeah!
Pull Challenge -Day 2 - 3 sets of 3 grips -I did sets of 2 for each grip. Wide grip is still my weakest.
