Did Clovis today….Most of you are going to think I am crazy, but I really like this WOD!! I haven't run 10 miles since high school. But I have plans on doing a half marathon and full marathon this year. So I wanted see how this 10 felt. Plus I love paying respects with these Hero WODs. I want to thank Julia for doing this with me. It was great to have someone pushing and pacing with. I broke it up into 6 miles/50 BPU/2miles/50 BPU/2 miles/50 BPU. I really didn't want to break up the run, but I thought I would need to break up the BPU. So did the splits. After the first set up BPU, I went out on the 2 miles and my shoulders were cramping and pretty painful. I literally had to run with my arms straight down and it made those last two runs completely miserable. So it will be 10 miles and fight through the 150 BPU in one shot next time.

I thought I would be able to keep this under 2 hours after I came in from the 6 miles, but I didn't. Completely it in 2:10. I am pretty happy with that though. But looking forward to getting under the cap next time!!

Pull Up Challenge - Day 3
OTM - 3 Pull ups for 6 mins with green and red rogue bands at home.

Push ups are getting better. 12/15/13

I did FLips Up and got 11:17 I believe, I think I wrote 11:27 on the board though. I used 25#.

THEN I did W2D2 of pull up challenge and what a surprise I got:

111 !! woo hoo I got the wide grip pull up!!!!!

After not being able to do any on W2D1, I was super psyched to get all of the reps and they felt easy.
