12/12/13- Barbell Tango

For time
30 back squat
30 push jerks
30 thrusters

*Barbell moves must come from the floor.
Athlete must clean the barbell and bring over head onto back. Athletes will use their max weight from the warm up moved from floor to their back for the first 30 back squats, then 80% of their back squat for their jerks and finishing with 60% of their back squat in thrusters.

*Post weights and time to comments

Help....Tanya's phone has had a casualty and we have 4 months left until we can get a new phone at discounted price from Verizon. WOD: 12:24. 145#BS 115#PJ 95#thrusters. Broke once on the BS. Broke gazillion times on push jerks and thrusters. Push jerks were a struggle. Started out doing sets of 5's then 3's then 2's. 95# thrusters were the heaviest I've done in a WOD since I started crossfit. Managed to do them in set of 5's and finished them out doing 3's. Overall I went heavy on all three movements and broke it up more than I would have liked to but happy I went on the heavy side. Good WOD. Fought for all 90 reps today!

@josh.....If you don't find a phone locally, try swappa.com, all used but verified phones, and the prices are fairly decent. I sold our old ones on there...

Those were heavy weights for me. Glad to have finished under the time cap. I had to fight for every rep today.

WOD: 100# BS, 80# PJ, 60# Thruster

*** Realized when I posted my score my weights were off and i should gave started with a 130 BS.

thrusters were far from "cheesecake" as Josh promised ha. pain cave WOD start to finish, completely astonished that I finished under the cap.. but I still somehow like barbell-only WODs :)
