Best gift is what I had stolen multiple times and LOST to Bussom. Jock strap with red suspenders!
Instead I got batman socks, teenage mutant ninja turtles socks so I can look more like Shanna.

I take a while to warm up, so I probably should have just started to move around sooner and gone a little heavier.
I'm really happy with today because I've gotten a lot more comfortable with feeling uncomfortable and I'm hanging onto the weight much longer than I had before.

pullups - 3s across the board with green band. I'm still happy to be working on pullups in general but my poor shoulders are just smoked from it ha.

Overall probably could have gone heavier on all three. Glad I stayed at 44 for kb, my shoulders were smoked by the end.
