74 reps (missed a round of 10 when switching weights), 90#/80#/60#/40#. Big class today! Good to see everyone.
This was an interesting WOD. Started off by PRing my Clean & Jerk by 30# at 120#. Still need to get better on my form. So I am not worrying about going up in weight too much. I think there is still more in me once I get the form straightened out.
So for the WOD my weights per round were 85#, 70#, 60#, and 40#. I did 83 of the 84 reps. Missed one in a round of 10 because I started late from the weight change. It made it interesting going from 9 right into the next 10. So that meant doing 19 reps in a row and not dropping.
