Warmup: 135# split jerk. Shoulder wasn't cooperating this am. WOD: 30rds. Scaled to 3-7-12. Through the first 15 rds, I thought I scaled down little too much because I was consistently finishing a round in 34-35 secs. But that thought quickly evaporated in the last 10 rds. Goal was to keep moving and not fall off so I think the scaling was right on for me. Love the body weight WODS.

Finished between 32 and 37 seconds each minute. Thought this was going to be way more difficult, especially considering how crummy I felt heading into the WOD.

Struggled hardcore on this WOD, I really should have scaled my squats. On the upside I was pumped that my pull ups weren't a complete disaster!

Felt the awful effects of re-entry today after too many days off...but it was good to be back
27 rds + 5 (fell off after 15) of 5 jpu, 7, 10. Was jumping to one of the higher bars for about the first 12 rounds.
Falling off so early made keeping track of my rounds tough. "Was that 9 finished on my own or did I just start 9?". When in doubt, go with the lower number.

I was super pumped about my pull-ups...already feeling easier from the pull up challenge. I feel like I could have up'd my numbers somewhere and still been ok.
Decided to forego the pull-up challenge workout/pushups today and will start with week 3 tomorrow.

Felt good on pull ups but last 5 rds i started failing on them. Pissed off that i didnt make that last rd. at that point i was 1 pull up at a time. Thought i could make up my time on sq!

When I was in Disney last December I went to Crossfit Mousetrap. It was good...they have a website. I think you have to email them before hand. I had to take a bus or a taxi or something...I forget...I believe it was a taxi. At the time it was the closest box to Disney. According to the affiliate finder map, it looks as if it still is.

Finished between 35-40 sec each time. Should have maybe increased somewhere. Pleased to have hung onto butterfly pull ups through about round 20 then started losing form. I felt that made a world of difference!

22 rounds RX before falling off. Rested 1 minute and then jumped back into it. Finished 29 rounds. Disappointed that I didn't gut it out for all 30 rounds this morning. Just didn't have the mental toughness I needed this morning. This was definitely a lung burner.
ha what a picture :) I got to 100# for the jerk balance warmup. Scaled the WOD to 5-7-10 and made it to 21rds then got 6+10rds; was doing jpu and kpu for rds 10-21 to try and save my legs but eventually the squats caught up with me.
Skipped the pullup/pushup challenge last night but probably pop in today to work on only them.
