This number may seem small...but a 65# snatch/OHS combo is the most I've done by 10# and I definitely had more in me. Keith's tip helped and I'm feeling more comfortable with this.

Hit 85# on the OHS. That's 20# more then last time I maxed out.
Pull-ups: w3d3 stuck with 3 OTM green band. Push-ups 4/5/4
Warmup: 70# for snatch balance, squat snatches and OHS. Probably should have tried for the last set just to see, pleased with my squat snatches though
WOD: 18:51 14#/box dips/26#/ROM. I predict that wall work tomorrow is going to be nasty business ha

Warmup was exactly what I needed. I need to do more of these Snatch Balance and such to get past my limitations that are inhibiting me getting OHS and Snatches. Did the first few rounds at 50# and the last round at 70#.

Really struggled with mobility in the warm-up did a few OHS and skipped the snatchin action.
Felt really good on the WOD, scaled to 14# med ball and 44 KB. really improved on my dips
