Forgot to add rig pistols. My shoulders are fried from the wc! I was going to do a Kipping pull-up on the "do not kip" bar and knock myself out during the WOD. Brutal one!

As awful as this was, my pistols and wall climbs are improving! I could feel the graze of the wall on my nose on some of them.....so close.

5 pull ups emom for 6 min
(I'm hoping it's like a regular wod where it can take you as long as you need as long as you're done by the time you have to start on the minute again...by the end I had to break up the 5 pull ups)

Warmup: 65 for first set and 75 for 2 &3 - should have started at this weight
WOD: 8rds + 20 3wc rom/20" box/35#kb definitely nothing in my wheelhouse here so I focused more on pushing through the suck
Pull-ups: w3d4/green band, definitely my least favorite day of the program ha, made it only to 3 again but got 6max. Push-ups 5/4/6 not getting any easier :(

Warm up: 130# Squats. Feeling more confident about my squat every time I do it.

WOD: 7 rds + 1. 2 wall climbs, pistol to 18", 65# sdhp. First time EVER doing rx wall climbs in a wod, feeling like I hit a milestone!

Finally was able to get some push ups and pull ups back into my night! My back and sciatic nerve are having a field day!

Day 2 - 3 sets with 3 different grips.

Normal - 2/2/2 (green/red bands)
Close - 2/2/2 (green/red bands)
Wide - 2/2/2 (black band)
