Ummm, no thanks on the freestanding HSPU Sally Up-Sally Down.
I can't even wrap my brain around being upside down for 3 minutes straight. I'd be dizzy for days!

Went rep for rep with Jon - 154 reps, but with lighter weight: 115# BS, 65# SP, 165# DL. Warm-up: 5 RM DL 205#. I also hit a PR for a 1 RM DL: 225#.

Happy Friday!

Pretty stoked about getting 275# on the 5RM Warm-up. Wondering if I have a 300# DL in me?

Snuck in to do my pull-ups 5/5/4/4/5 with 5/5/6 push-ups.

Also just tried that kicking up into handstand holds against the wall - definitely not as painful but good form practice with doing so many ha

Still a lil shaky with the deadlifts. I need to work on moving faster in general. I don't know if it's mental, or what, but I just seem to move slowly.

I forgot...
5 rep max deadlift 145#. probably could have gone higher, ran out of time.

and I did W2D4 pullups... and got through 1 on the ladder. stellar.

Warm up got up to 255# on 5RM DLs. I think so any way if I'm wrong Aaron correct me. That was definitely a first for me getting that heavy on DLs.

WOD
212 reps 125#BS/45#SP/135#DL
First time I really felt like I got the weights right for a WOD, liked this one

Steve, you are correct sir, 255# 5 rep dl. Or for me by about 40# I think. Would have liked to try higher but ran out of time.
