I really like this one!!!
80# on the Squats, scaled to 10 cal per EMOM on the Rower.
Started with rowing
12 cal & clapping pushups
135# for squats. I thought this was a great workout. Thanks Angie!
Congrats Josh and Tanya!
Come on SLACKERS, post your scores!
ok i'll post Coach...

loved the squat work, sucked wind in the row, lol
Congrats guys! remember don't shake the baby!

5 cal on rower
regular push-ups
Congratulations, Josh and Tanya!
75#
Squats are def a week point for me, and I went 10 lb heavier than I originally planned. So I was pretty happy. Didn't make it out of the last front squat...walked away, took a breath, cleaned it and was able to finish it. That felt pretty awesome.
Making it through all of the clapping push-ups was icing on the cake.
started on kcpu w/ running, then 75#. okkk so Bus was right with going heavier; it was not fun but it was good to challenge myself. going to have a nice snowy night in with my foam roller now... :)
*weak point. The teacher in me couldn't let it go
125#/ run instead of row
125#
Did the run instead of the row
55#, thanks to my awful front squat.
Did kcpu with the run - actually liked this part of the wod a lot.
85# thanks for the push Coach!!
65#, ran with 3 regular push ups
I really liked this workout. I did the run instead of the row. And did the row and clapping pu first. Coming out the run, I was a little worried about not having legs for the squats. But I thought they went really well. I was originally going to do only 95#, but was sharing a bar with Matt Heacock and he put another 2 10# plates on. I tested it and it felt good. So stuck with 115#. It was definitely tough. I think I may have more in though.
Thanks everyone for all the support over the last few days. We are home...! tonight will be the first night home with Kenzie hope all goes well. Gotta love a snow day mixed in on the first night.
Can't wait to get back and see everyone. Miss you!
