Warmup: 135# 3rm hang squat cleans. WOD: 9:05 c2b 70# ttb. Awfully tough to hold on towards the last round. Hands were feeling it and kept slipping off. Grip strength was a big factor in this WOD for me. Liked this one a lot. Good to be back on my regular schedule after getting over the stomach virus. First 6am WOD in 8 days. Good to see the rooster crew braving this Artic morning!
I would like the hand outs for the sugar detox but it's unlikely that I will make it in on Friday night.
Warm-up: Hit 2 reps on 120# a few times, but couldn't get the third rep. Hit 110# on the hang squat cleans.
WOD: 6:52. C2B, 55#, T2B.

Really liked this one. Made myself get back up on the same pull-up bar I fell off last week. Happy to report no falls this time!!

First time I did kipping pull-ups in a workout instead of jumping ones, which killed my arms but it felt good to actually do them instead of just practice them

First wod where I really felt good doing the RX reps of ttb!! :) Didn't hustle enough in the wod...was trying to keep a steady pace but didnt watch the clock and at end realized I could've gone faster.
