WOrked up to 90# in the Hang Squat Snatch OHS Complex in Warmup.
5:35 40# but should have bumped up a bit higher to really push myself. Since I felt like I didn't challenge myself enough, I decided to work on my max HS walk (3 min cap) after the WOD (after a 15 min rest). :)

Shoulders and arms were dead after that!

Should have went lighter. My technique was terrible. Started off the WOD at 95#. Dropped to 90# mid-WOD.
In the warm-up, I hit 100# on the squat snatch / OHS complex. PR by 5#.
Post-WOD: 5:00 squat hold and 25 pull-ups.
