ABC Core work

3 min AMRAP
3 burpees
6 KBS (heavy)
9 squats
rest 1 minute

complete 5 times.
Only full rounds count and you must start at burpees during the start of each 3 min Amrap. You do not start where you left off.

The gameplan was to go for 4-3-4-3-4 but the lower back started to heat up on the KBS after round #2. The engine was there but the back was not for me this morning.

Nice work to everyone that kept the 4s going and the 5s.

Got that last round in just under the wire. Did the last air squat right as time expired.

Awesome seeing 6 am hitting it hard yesterday morning, those heavy kb's were the worst part!
