5/19/14- Motion Sickness

Sign up for swimming Wods this Summer. Starting June 4 on Sundays from 11-12. There will have to be a minimum number of swimmers in order to run classes. You may choose the dates that will fit your schedule for the summer.  click here

Warm-up: 4 x 200m (1 and 3 with vests, 2 and 4 without vests). Lots of snatches, OHS, and squat snatches.

WOD: Either 9:27 or 9:37. 75#.
