Did this one at home. Not quite the same flying solo in a small garage. Love the motivation at the box!
Warm-up: 4 x 200m (1 and 3 with vests, 2 and 4 without vests). Lots of snatches, OHS, and squat snatches.
WOD: Either 9:27 or 9:37. 75#.
