Good morning Apexers - I'll be your Jon Hwang this morning ;) Haven't been to a 6AM class in a long time but we had a huge group to tackle this 20min lung burner.
I scaled the runs to 200m and did pike hspu, jc2b, and ttp and finished in 19:22.

I scaled the rep scheme and took 10 reps off everything but did the full 400 m runs. Pike hspu, jpu, t2p and finished at 18:50.
