I'm in...I dont think I have ever done it. After seeing Lone Survivor I told myself I had to do it. Such an awesome movie. Wish we could show it afterwards!

8:12 Rx. 8/6/6 in the first set of push jerks and went with sets of 5's rest of the way. I'm in for the murph. It will be my first time doing this WOD.

3rm jerks 155# and 25 reps at 75#. Right wrist was bothering me so I stopped.

WOD at home:

In two minute intervals (did the movement and then rested until 2:00 before continuing - except I went early on the last set of squats).

50 push-ups
50 squats
50 push-ups
50 squats
40 push-ups
50 squats
50 squats
35 push-ups
50 squats
25 push-ups
50 squats

Totals: 200 push-ups, 300 squats. 19:41.

I went 12/4/4 in the first round.. should have broken it up sooner. Ended up doing sets of 3. Happy I stuck with a heavier weight though. Push jerks are a struggle for me...prefer split jerks

7:37 60#/35#  I think I was one of the last to finish out of the rooster crew, but I went heavier than usual - I want to continue to push myself to do that.  That barbell felt heavy though!  But good coaching and tunes helped :)
 
WU: 3RM split jerk: 90#, 30 reps at 45#
