Endurance warmup: 800m sandbag run. WOD: 7EMOM (200m sprint for 3rds and 100m sprint for 4rds. Kbs with time left over on all rounds. 3min rest. 5EMOM sand bag shuttle runs and burpee jump overs with time left over. 3min rest. 7EMOM 100m sprints and kb goblet squats with time left over. 3min rest then 400m run for time. My score was 179 total reps. Used 35# kb and 400m run time was 1:24. Brutal! Traumatizing! Horrible!

Hung out with the rooster crew this morning: 15:48 (technically a DNF) with 55#/45#/35#.

Even going light on the weights because I know I can't run well didn't help enough to get in under the 15 min cap. Grr!

12:08. 95/65/45 (Ladies' Rx).

I wanted to break 12:00. Just didn't push it quite hard enough on that last 800!

Thrusters are tough, but I'm starting to feel a little bit stronger with them.

Endurance WOD: See Jon's description
161 total reps and 1:29 for the 400m run cash out. That is a PR for 400m.

Loved this CF Endurance session. Definitely looking forward to the next session.

I am going to try and test the work we have done on a 5K this Saturday. If anyone is interested, it is in support of Homes for Heroes at Tyler State Park.

14:46 @85, 65, 45. 85 felt super heavy, but 65 and 45 were super manageable. Had stitch in my side the entire 800m run, but I was able to finish under the cap regardless.

12:28 100#/80#/60#. First time I have gone that heavy on the thrusters in a WOD. Since steelfit is just around the corner, I figured I better get used to heavy thrusters. Tough WOD. Couldn't catch J. Irv.
