I will be running in a 5K tomorrow.
Rest day for me today. Oh how good it feels to sleep in!! Steel fit is my first comp outside of Apex. I am hoping that the hard work I have been putting in will pay off Saturday. Good luck to all my Apex Fam competing tomorrow and let's show them how it's done Apex style! Good luck Frank on the 5k.
