6/2/14- 2011 Games WOD

Sign up for swimming Wods this Summer. Starting June 8 on Sundays from 11-12. There will have to be a minimum number of swimmers in order to run classes. You may choose the dates that will fit your schedule for the summer. click here

4 rope climbs & 4 clean and jerks 155/125
3 rope climbs & 3 clean and jerks 175/135
2 rope climbs & 2 clean & jerks 195/145
1 rope climb & 1 cln jrk 205/ 155
You add weight to same bar each rd

3RM C&J: 135#.
WOD: 11:17. 120# max. I think I could have went 10# heavier on the C&J's - maybe 15# heavier. Then, Todd and I would have had a competitive head to head race.

A-Nation, Bar Wars and Triple Threat are right around the corner! It's time to sign up. If we are lacking in numbers the events will be cancled.

15:09 knotted rope... Need to work on my J hook... Ended with 195#... Should have went Rx on the C&J. Mad that I didn't.
