About a 30 second improvement on last year. Push ups are still a huge weakness, hopefully my summer bench program can help!

19:51 Rx 36 hours after giving blood. About 2.5 minute improvement compared to last year. I feel like I could have done a lot better though if we hadn't smoked our shoulders in the warm-up and if I had a better pull-up and push-up strategy.

Jumping pullups

The first time I did Angie was 10/12. I did not finish.

The second time(7/24)I finished in 22:16 doing ring rows and knee pushups.

Baby steps!
