1 minute Power Snatch 75/55
1 minute Box Jumps, 24/20
1 minute Thrusters 75/55
1 minute C2B Pull ups
No rest

WOD: 168 reps @ 65#... Both hands ripped bad on CTB in the first round, that I was actually looking forward to the burpees...

141 @ 60# Got minimal counted reps in 2 & 3 rounds of C2B. I feel like pull-ups are getting better again. But it is a slow progression.

Vacation WOD:
On a running clock...
Build up to a heavy 1 RM bear complex (145#) 0:00-7:00.
Build up to a heavy 1 RM deadlift (255#) 7:00-15:00.
WOD: Unbroken
From 15:00 - 40:00,
1st set: 15 C&J from hang (95#)
2nd set: 12 C&J from hang (95#)
3rd set: 9 C&J from hang (105#)
I forget what the name of this WOD is, but it went much better than the first time I did it.
