Bench 5x5 across @ 235# in 20 minutes... Tried to follow the same build up timing scheme as the rest of the week... 8 minutes to warm up 5x5 in the last 12...
This was a lesson in eating correctly on vacation. Or should I say not eating correctly on vacation. Left Friday morning with the wife and went down to Florida till we got home last night at 11.
No workouts and plenty of Carbs. Today I had salad for lunch and an even lighter breakfast hoping to recover a little. Then the crash on round 2 while running. I have never hit the wall, felt nauseous , or dizzy while working out. Then I realizing I had to complete one more round which sent me deep into the pain cave.
WU 145# 4x5 and last round I did 10 reps. Very happy with this!
WOD Rds 1&2 135# Rd 3 @125# cap time.
Thanks to Jake who went back out on the run with me for the final push.
