Had to fight the 4th round of JBMU, but once I got through those it was just push to the end.

Excellent coaching this morning by Lou! All of the warmup stuff was excellent!

Just wanted to give a big shout-out to the 6am "Rooster" crew this morning.
Great work on both the warm-up stuff as well as the WOD.
It's so inspiring to watch our Apexers improve their fitness and challenge themselves with harder versions of different movements.
I am very thankful to have the opportunity to spend time with you guys!

Wrist sweat bands would have helped out a lot this morning. It was hard to keep my grip on the rings.
