WOD: 65/75/85/105/125... I liked this one a lot. If I ever have another go at this one... I might start out 85# instead...
First off: Major thanks to Lou & Colt. Great coaching/tips this morning. I'm actually starting to likes snatches. (ok, that didn't sound like I wanted it - get your mind out of the gutter people).

IT FELT REALLY GOOD TO BE BACK!! I haven't been here in almost two weeks due to some sciatica issues after the 5K I ran. It is mostly settled down so I wanted to get in and test it!! IT PASSED!! I even PR'd in both WU and WOD not thinking about it.
Started light on every thing in the WU and WOD and added weight as it felt good.
WU: I did 5x5 push press because I didn't want to put weighted squats on it yet.

WOD: 50/70/80/90/100 new PR
Really liked this WOD to work on Power Snatch form and use the tips Keith was giving.

This WOD kicked me in the teeth! I was starting to hit the wall around the start of 4 on the minute. Kudos to Jane and Nen for pushing me through a very painful half hour of snatching!
My snatch form is still inconsistent but confidence is definitely growing!
