WU 135# max reps... I was able to string 5 reps then I lost my balance and the bar started falling forward...

WOD 11:05 Rx
I loved this WOD... I don't mind pull-ups or box jumps so, I was able to stay consistent for most of the WOD... It also helped that Todd and I were facing each other round for round... He would beat me to the pull-up bar then I would beat him to the box jumps... And vice versa... Took the intensity up a notch and made it fun...
WU - Ended up doing Set 1: 5 Reps at 95#, Set 2: 5 Reps @ 100#, Set 3: 5 Reps at 105#.
WOD: 11:10 Rx Loved this WOD too. Like Byron said - we were going back and forth the entire time. I tried to pull ahead with unbroken pull ups at last round, but it was no go! Bryon's quick feet on the box jumps got me! All good!
7:54 with jpu and 20" stepping. It felt good to be able to keep moving the entire time - although hopefully in the future I'll have better capacity for high volume box jumps :)

Loved the mobility stuff we worked on this morning. Especially the shoulder stretch on the wall!
