95-lb. hang power cleans, 7 reps
95-lb. sumo deadlift high-pulls, 10 reps

My traps are feeling it this morning from the WU and loved this WOD.

3x10 at #115 - had some soft knees as just told me so I ended up doing the last two sets with 12 reps.
