Keith - Great session this morning - learned a ton, now I have to practice.
Learned that I need to work on getting my knee's back when bar is on thigh, and that my hammie's are tight, I mean tight!
Thanks again....
Wish I could have stayed for the clinic-- things were contributing to why I couldn't... I worked last night and had done 4 days in a row... I want to catch the next one though... I can always use instruction on the snatch from the master!
Thanks Bus - it was a great clinic. My biggest thing is my pull. I need to get under the bar faster, especially when I'm trying to squat snatch. SHOE was very helpful as well.
Thank you Coach! Learned a lot today and need to slow down on my pull so I can hit all the right positions. Thank you again!
Practice holding the various positions was helpful. Forced me to slow down and keep my core tight. I catch in my toes and being forced to stay in each position helped me think about it more and I found myself catching in my heels better...felt much more solid. Thanks Keith!
Awesome clinic -- I learned so much but the one thing I felt help me the must was SHOEE and also the hook grip.
Thanks Keith, I am really looking forward to ABC
Thanks for the snatch clinic! Always great to be reminded of these queues from a great Coach! Great to have a change from everyday class! Sorry I couldn't stay for the whole thing.
