-combined max “man test” hold (hold an abmat between your chest and the pull up bar at the top of the pull up position for as long as possible) 5 minutes

-combined max rep swing (70/53) in 90 sec

-combined max rep double under (3 attempts each person)
One person at a time works and your scores are combined for a total in each exercise.
