8-18-14 Deadsprint

10, 1-minute rounds of:
3 Deadlifts 315/225
200' shuttle sprint (25' out and back, 50' out and back, 25' out and back)
Max reps burpee 
*Score is total burpees

Rest 90 sec between rds


We have started a meal train for Lauren and Erik Petersen.  This is a great way to show our love and support to them as they go through this journey

WU: Let's just say I was not awake yet. For some reason I went into the WU thinking it was 10X10..yeah..So I only did 135# 10 X 3.

WOD: 210# / 100 Burpee's

Big Thanks to Erica on keeping me focused to keep my knee's out! I really gotta work on that.

WU: FS 3x10: worked up instead of across... 135#/165#/185#

WOD: 91 burpees @ 245#... no excuse for this... should've went heavier. should've tried harder to squeeze in one more burpee each round.

I worked out at Crossfit Parallax today...
Strength work:
3 rounds: 8 good mornings @65# then strict max reps of HSPU, TTB, and pull-ups

WOD:
10 rounds:
3 Power Snatch @63#
15 wallballs 14# to 9'

didn't we just do 150 reps of WB recently? UGH
