I was moving slow this morning from the weekend taking it out of me... Thank you Rob C for giving me the push I needed... we were neck and neck... he beat to the run then I would catch up on the rope... my legs felt like tree trunks during the row then coming off for the run portion!

WU: 5x7 @ 130# (Front Squats on Friday felt horrible form wise. I took a bit off from the last time on BS to focus on form. Tried to keep weight back and foot position consistent.)
