Okay...well that was challenging...running and I just do not get along...I think it took me longer to run with the sandbag than it took to do the weights...Thanks for listening..

WU: 6x3 @ 115#... felt awkward bringing the weight back down... got more comfortable by the last two sets.

WOD: 24:09, 40# sandbag, 65# barbell, 24" BJ... I want to say my foot cramp killed me on the last round because it was painful but, in all honesty... I was gassing on the run also... Thanks Lora for the stretching tips!

Last rd of the 12s hurt to straight set at pace so it was a good thing Scott was pushing me by counting my reps

WU 75#. Felt like I could have gone heavier, but I did one at 85# and it didn't come down to my back well, so it scared me back to 75#.
