8/14/14- Machine

AUGUST 18th -21st

APEX JR/SR HIGH CAMP
(going into 6th grade through high school)
This camp is welcome to anyone. You do not have to be a CrossFitter or a member at Apex. This camp will reinforce skills taught in June’s camp but if you did not attend June's camp no need to worry. Topics covered in this camp will also include but not be limited to learning olympic lifting and moving unique loads quickly and efficiently. )

3 man team
15 minutes
Max squats
Max KBS

entire workout is wearing weight vest 20lbs for men and women
1 person is completing as many squats as possible. 1 person is lunging (40') from squats to KBS. 1 person is completing as many KBS as possible.
When the lunging person gets to the partner completeing squats or KBS they continue where that person has left off and they trade places. The person switching out now lunges back to the other exercise. This continues for 15 minutes in an attempt to accumulate as many reps as possible.
