tabata 10' sprints (mark a line 10' from wall ball wall. Use wall ball wall to touch and 10' line. Each touch =1)

WOD: 54 cals, 356 singles, 92 sprints. Phew!

As far as TB goes those are my best row and jump rope #s.

WU: front squat 195#. WOD 65cal, lost track after 290 singles, 112 sprints. Felt best during the sprints, the other two smoked me. Glad to join the roosters today.

Yes - this was a Lung Burner. I think my legs are still pissed off at me from yesterday's lunges and squats with the 20# vest! I know, I know - suck it up buttercup. I will!
