8/25/14- Poptart

Please check the schedule for class times as we are back in school and junior class and kids classes will now take place in the evenings.
We are finishing our Strength Warm ups this week. We will 1 RM Front Squats on Monday and 1 RM Back Squats on Friday. If you will miss Monday or Friday you may make up on Wednesday.

Felt good but I totally chose the wrong weights! I was doing well above Rx for the last two rounds. Back is still tight but having a rest day on Saturday made a huge difference with recovery after the Burden March!
