I still stayed with a progression on the Front Squats. Here is my progression for the 10x3 115/115/135/135/145/145/155/155/165/165

8:31 2K row I started out staying around 1:55-2:00 pace, but wound up having a steady pace at 2:05-2:15.

So great to be back after taking nearly 4 weeks off due to shoulder injury and my sick toddlers.

WOD: 11:58 10# ball sqt cleans (can't lift overhead b/c of shoulder)
