Bus switched up the WOD for us and instead of 1rd of lifting made it 3rds ha.

93 reps (3 snatches into the 3rd round) Rx

I stayed and did some jumping bar muscle ups with the 6pm warmups. I really dislike them so I guess the only way to feel more comfortable the movement is to do them ha.

The warmup on the rig felt really good. I think the crossover symmetry and my ART is paying off. I can't believe I am saying this but I hope that TTB are in the Open!
